Medical disclaimer and where to get help
DryPage is a self-tracking tool, and the articles on this site are general information. Neither is medical advice — and if you are worried about your drinking, you deserve real support.
Not medical advice
DryPage helps you record and see your own drinking. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or other qualified professional. Articles on drypage.app are written for general information and link to their sources; guidelines change, so check with official health services in your country.
If you drink heavily every day, or have had shaking, sweating, anxiety, confusion or seizures when you stopped drinking before, do not stop suddenly without medical advice. A doctor can help you cut down or stop safely.
If you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, health authorities advise not drinking alcohol at all.
In an emergency
Call your local emergency number: 911 (US and Canada), 999 (UK), 112 (EU and Ireland), 000 (Australia) or 111 (New Zealand).
